Run a survey or a quiz
Ask one step at a time with a progress bar, or score the answers and show a result.

Surveys and quizzes are forms with more to them, and they're made in the same place.
Create one
- Open Forms and choose New form.
- Under Start blank, pick Survey, which asks one step at a time with a progress bar, or Quiz, where answers score points and show a result. Give it a Name.
- Choose Create survey or Create quiz. There are templates for these too.
Add steps
Use Add a step to split your questions up, and give each step a title. Move a question from one step to another with its Step setting.
Ask only when it matters
A question or a whole step can show only when an earlier answer matches. On the question, tick Only show this question if an earlier answer matches, then pick the question and the answer. There's no need to ask how old the boiler is if they said they don't have one.
Score a quiz
- On each question, set the Points for each answer.
- Under Results by score, add a result for each range, with a message saying what the score means and what to do next. People see the message for their score. If none fits, they see the thank-you message.
- Tick Show people their score if you want them to see the number.
- To keep it, use Keep the score on the contact. You'll need a number custom field to store it in.
Share it the same way as any other form.
