Switch on Books in Apps. Your invoices and payments from Payments flow in, so you add only what you spend.

Record what you spend

1. Open Expenses and add one, or photograph a receipt and let the AI read it. Check what it read before you save.
2. Log business miles under mileage.
3. Put supplier invoices in Bills, and mark them paid when you pay.

Match your bank

Import a statement under Bank and match each line to an expense, a bill or a payment. Live bank feeds aren't connected, so you import a file.

See where you stand

Reports shows profit and loss and your balance, and VAT works out your return. When a period is done, close it in Books settings so its figures can't change by accident.
