Switch on Phone system in Apps. Calls and voicemails land on the contact's timeline and in your Inbox.

Before it works for real

Real calls need a phone number from a calling provider, and WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger need a Meta business account. Until they're connected, the phone runs in a safe simulator that places no real calls and costs nothing, and it says so on the screen. Connect them under Phone or in the Inbox channels.

What you can do

• Call a contact from their page, or from the Inbox.
• Get a notification for a missed call or a voicemail.
• Start an automation when a call is missed, such as a text back that says you'll ring them soon.

Calls and the AI receptionist on the phone use credits, like texts and emails do.
