Connect your phone number and email
Point a number and an email address at this business, so customers' messages land in your inbox.

Each business has its own phone number and email address. Texts and emails sent to them land in this business's inbox, and your replies go out from them.
Add a number or address
- Open Settings and find Phone number and email.
- Choose Phone or Email.
- Type the number with its country code, like +44 7700 900123, or the email address.
- Choose Connect.
Do this once for your number and once for your email address. To disconnect one, use the bin button next to it.
Get incoming messages flowing
Under Where providers should send messages you'll find two web addresses. Point your Telnyx messaging profile's webhook at the first, and your inbound email forwarder at the second. They include WEBHOOK_SECRET, which you replace with the value from your environment settings.
Check it's working
Send a text or email to the address you connected from your own phone. It should appear in the Inbox within a few seconds, with a new contact. If nothing arrives, check the webhook addresses first.
