Filter, save lists and act on many contacts

Lists are saved filters. They update by themselves as contacts change, so "Hot leads" is always right.

Filter your contacts

1. Open Contacts.
2. Search by name, email, phone or company, or add filters: tags, Source, Added, Last activity, Company, whether they have a phone or email, and any custom field.
3. Clear all takes the filters off.

Save a filter as a list

1. With your filters on, choose Save as list.
2. Give it a name, like "Boiler customers", and choose Save list.

The list now sits above the table beside All contacts. The button at the end of that row lets you rename, reorder or delete your lists.

Act on several contacts at once

Tick the people you want, or tick the box at the top to select the whole page. A bar appears with:

• Add tag and Remove tag.
• Automation, which puts them through a workflow that's turned on.
• Export, which downloads a CSV.
• Delete.
